Jay Cutler "week-to-week"

Jay Cutler is reportedly targeting a Week 14 return from the ankle injury he suffered, but his condition for the game on Monday is not expected to be decided until later in the week. Bears Head coach Marc Trestman said Cutler remains "week-to-week."

The Bears will resume their practice on Thursday and Cutler's participation level will go a long way towards determining his position against Dallas. If he's able , he'll be able to participate, even in limited fashion, he could be well-positioned to return Monday. If not, it could have to Josh McCown getting another start for the Bears.

McCown has performed well for Chicago, but Cutler's absence is apparent on the scoreboard. It is estimated that the Bears have an average score of 29 per game when they play games Cutler starts and 22.8 PPG for games played by McCown.
